We reply with a fixed quote: $129 per remote request (one 8-hour remote working day) or $239 per on-site day (billed from departure, travel time included). Cross-city travel and accommodation are itemized at actual cost. Everything in writing — no hidden fees.
Nothing starts until you say yes. You approve the quote, pay through PayPal, and the task is then scheduled and confirmed by email.
Remote work is done from our desk and delivered within 2 business days. For on-site tasks we travel to your city and complete the work in person, following your instructions. If anything unexpected comes up, we tell you immediately.
You receive the full evidence package: timestamped photos, HD video where applicable, and a written report. The remaining balance is due after you confirm receipt.
Every inquiry gets a written answer within one business day — even if the answer is "we can't do this", you'll hear it fast.
Photos and videos are captured on location, at the time you specified. We never stage or reuse footage.
If the task cannot be completed, you receive a full refund plus documentation of the attempt. We don't keep money for work we didn't do.
